Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders ship from the warehouse within 2-4 business days (excluding federal holidays). Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. Shipping options will appear in the Shipping Method section of the Checkout Page. When your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be provided to you.

Free shipping offers do not apply to Canada or Hawaii.

International shipping is not provided at this time.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt of purchase.  All returns MUST be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging and have all of the original tags attached.  

  • Due to strict government health regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on panties, oils, lotions or novelty items.
  • In the unlikely event that your item was damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
  •  All credit card refunds will be issued on the card of the original purchase.  
  •  For intimate apparel, please check the size charts before making your purchase.

Divine Pleasures reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Return/Exchange Instructions


In order to return or exchange an item please CONTACT us and indicate which item you are returning, the reason for the return or exchange (and what you would like to exchange it for). If your item is defective/damaged use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective/damaged area and email the images to Orders@MyDivinePleasures.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.Upon approving your item for return/exchange you will be provided with an address to return the item at your expense. If you are exchanging a damaged item Divine Pleasures will ship the replacement item at no expense to you.
